Members of our congregation are engaged in community activities that help those in need. Whether it is through the Ledyard Food Pantry, having a “Baby Shower” to assist the Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut, CROP Walk, or giving out Blessing Bags to the homeless who stand outside in all kinds of weather hoping for some loose change or even a hot cup of coffee,  we are a congregation of helping hands and community nourishment.

John Clark, a Ledyard Congregational Church member, organized and participated in “Ride for Alzheimer’s” to raise funds for, and awareness of, the terrible disease of loss.  He has also brought men together who have recently been diagnosed with, or undergoing treatment for, prostate cancer.
