During the months of July and August, we will be collecting school supplies for the Gallup Hill School. Bellow is a list of items that might serve them well in this coming school year.

Crayons

Colored pencils

Colored construction paper

Pencils & erasers

Glue Sticks

Markers

 

They are also in need of:

Individualized supply boxes for students to keep writing utensils

Seat pouches for supplies/books

 

The last two items need to be purchased in sets of 25 so that a classroom would be uniform. As these items in the quantity needed are expensive, the Missions committee will purchase some of these items. If you would like to donate funds towards these items, please mail a check to Meredith Schuft, 26 Osprey Dr., Gales Ferry, CT, 06335 with a note on the memo line “school supplies”.

 

Starting the week of July 13th, there will be a large plastic storage box under the overhang by the Crawford Wing entrance to the church (Bill Library side). Please place your donations in there, making sure to close the cover tightly. The Mission’s committee will periodically retrieve the contents and store them until delivery to the school.
