We love having your children in church, they are part of God’s family too!
Children’s worship bulletins and crayons are available from the greeters. Because children don’t necessarily understand all that occurs during a worship service, we have a subscription to a series of children’s bulletins. Every Sunday, a different bulletin is available, with Christian-themed activities appropriate to different ages of children. In my experience, these special bulletins are a lifesaver for us parents, as well as educational and interesting to children. Two versions are available, for ages 3-6 and 7-12. The greeters will make sure children find the appropriate bulletin that will help them to participate in the worship experience their own way.
Sunday School begins halfway through the worship service, after the Children’s Message. Children are invited to join the pastor at the front of the sanctuary to hear a short message, join in a prayer, and then go downstairs with their teachers for Sunday School.
Babies and toddlers are welcomed both in the church sanctuary and in our nursery, which is located downstairs between the social hall and the church office. We are happy to accompany you there. Please feel free to step out if your child has need. There is a changing table in the handicapped restroom across from the nursery.
